Alba

Alba - 1987 by Albert Irvin shows quick marks of colour across the sheet. The paint sits in loose patches rather than in a clear shape. A yellow field runs near the top, with cooler tones below. The marks feel open and move in different directions.

This fine art print uses matte paper so the soft greys stay flat under a lamp. The frame finish can follow the room you choose, so the picture sits without a strong outline.

It works on a pale kitchen wall near the sink. From the doorway you see the broad colour shapes first, then the small shifts between them.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
