Zephyeer ships across Canada and internationally. Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after a 1–3 business day production window. Each framed print is individually packaged with corner protectors and double-walled boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Tracking information is provided for every order.

Yes. Zephyeer offers a 30-day return policy on all framed art prints. If your order arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return or replacement. Custom or personalized prints may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
