Quality & Materials

What goes into every piece

Every print meets the archival standard galleries and museums use. We print on heavyweight 250gsm cotton-rag fine art paper that resists yellowing for 200+ years, with pigment inks rather than dyes so colour holds across generations.

  • Pigment-based archival inks (not dye)
  • UV-protective acrylic glazing
  • Acid-free backing boards
  • Solid wood or aluminium frames

They’re high-fidelity giclée reproductions of public-domain and licensed fine art — Impressionism through Abstract Expressionism. Giclée is the gallery-standard process: ultra-fine pigment droplets on archival paper capturing brushwork far beyond a poster, with the look and longevity of gallery art at a fraction of an original’s cost.

Very closely. Each artwork is colour-managed and proofed on calibrated equipment before going live. Screens vary in brightness and warmth, so tiny shifts are normal, but our pigment process is built for accuracy — and if a piece ever looks wrong on arrival, our 30-day return cover has you protected.

Five carefully chosen sizes:

Pro tip — follow the “⅔ rule”: artwork width should be about two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it.

Use the visualiser — pick a print size and a reference object to gauge the scale. No tape measure needed.

01
Mix sizes

Pair one larger anchor piece with two or three smaller prints.

02
Keep gaps even

Leave 5–8cm between frames for a balanced, intentional look.

03
Plan on the floor

Lay it out flat first, or trace paper templates on the wall.

Our exclusive room previewer — found nowhere else. Pick a room, a wall colour and a frame finish, and see how a framed piece sits in a real space before you buy.

Tip: dark walls make light frames pop, while light walls suit deeper finishes.

Framing

Five finishes, all ready to hang

Five curated finishes in solid wood and aluminium. Tap a swatch to preview — every frame includes UV-protective acrylic glazing and arrives ready to hang.

Black Oak

Select your finish at checkout — no framer, no extra trip.

Yes. Every artwork is available unframed on the same 250gsm archival paper — shipped flat in a rigid mailer for smaller sizes, or rolled in a sturdy tube for larger ones. Ideal if you already have framing in mind.

We use UV-protective acrylic glazing, not glass. It’s shatter-resistant (safer in homes with kids or pets), far lighter for hanging, and blocks the UV light that fades artwork over time — the same choice most modern galleries make.

Yes — you’ll get an email with a tracking link once your print ships. As each piece is made to order, allow 2–4 business days for production first. Status is also on your account page.

Rarely. Because we print on three continents, your order ships from the facility closest to you — so most US, UK and EU customers get a domestic delivery with no duties. Elsewhere, any local fees are the recipient’s responsibility, but these are uncommon for personal art.

Each order ships to a single address. To send pieces to different places — say, several gifts — simply place a separate order for each address. Shipping is free on every one, so it costs you nothing extra.

Orders & Payment

Checkout, changes & gifting

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay — including instalment options where available. Checkout is fully encrypted and PCI-compliant, so your details stay safe.

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can usually edit the size, finish, or address — or cancel entirely. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a made-to-order piece is in production we can’t change it, but our 30-day returns still apply.

Absolutely — framed art makes a memorable gift. Ship straight to the recipient and add a personalised note at checkout. Pricing never appears on the packing slip, so the surprise stays intact.

New subscribers get a welcome offer when they join our list, and we run seasonal promotions through the year. Apply any valid code in the cart before checkout. Got a code that won’t apply? Reach out and we’ll sort it.

Care & Returns

Hanging, cleaning & peace of mind

01
Ready to hang

Pre-installed hardware — just add a nail or hook.

02
Large pieces (61cm+)

Use two hooks 10–15cm apart for stability.

03
Cleaning

Dust with a dry microfibre cloth. No glass cleaner on acrylic.

04
Placement

Avoid direct sun; indirect light keeps colour truest.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund, with a prepaid label included. Prefer a different size or finish? We’re happy to arrange an exchange instead. We want the piece on your wall to feel right.

We’ll make it right, no quibbles. Email a photo of the damage within 30 days and we’ll send a free replacement straight away — no need to return the damaged piece. Our packaging is engineered for transit, so this is rare, but you’re fully covered.
