Volume

Two broad colour bands stack one above the other in Volume 1959. The top band sits heavier and the lower one looks lighter and thinner.

Dadamaino sets these flat planes side by side and lets the eye move down the sheet. The work belongs to the op art and geometric abstraction practice of the artist. A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel keeps the flat bands clean and the edges sharp.

The paper stays matte so the colour does not shine under a lamp. You can hang it on a bedroom wall near the bed. From the pillow you notice the two bands and the small shift between them.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch.
