Volume a moduli sfasati

Volume a moduli sfasati - 1960 by Dadamaino shows staggered colour blocks that step across the sheet. Each block shifts hue and shape against the last.

The work comes from the of Dadamaino practice of combining simple forms with changes in tone. It sits on matte paper with a fine art print finish.

The white frame finish gives the edge a clean line against the shifted blocks. You can hang it on a study wall near a desk lamp. From that spot the staggered shapes read as a slow step of colour moving left to right.
