Flowers

Flowers - 1953 by Nicolas de Stael shows painted marks on the surface, with darker tones set against lighter areas.

The brushwork of Nicolas de Stael builds shapes that hold together across the sheet.

A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel reproduces the picture without a shine under light. You can see the small differences between the painted areas when you stand a little back in the dining room, where the frame stays level on the wall.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
