Jack-in-the-Pulpit No. IV places a tall plant form against a plain field.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. The shape rises from the bottom with smooth colour shifts from green to cream. American modernist painting often used close natural forms this way. You notice the quiet curve of the petal edges up close.
