White paper strips sit on a green ground in Papiers collés blanc et vert - 1969. The title tells you the materials and the year. Daniel Buren used thin paper shapes arranged on a support, and the two colours stay apart without blending. A soft green holds the white pieces in place.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang. A metal hanger sits on the back and goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need a frame. The matte paper keeps the green flat and the white pieces stay clean.

On a bedroom wall above a low bed, the white strips read first at the foot of the bed. From the doorway you see the two colours side by side. Up close you can follow the cut edges of each paper shape.
