Plumen

Thick black strokes cross the sheet in Plumen - Abstract Art by Johannes Itten. The marks press hard and leave a rough edge. Some shapes repeat while others break off suddenly. The picture reads as a set of strong black lines laid over a light field.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The white frame keeps the black marks clear at the border. The clean edge sits against the strokes without competing with them. The dark lines stay strong against the pale paper because the frame finish does not add shine.

It fits a dining room wall above the sideboard. From the table you notice the bold black run and the gaps between the strokes. The white border stays clean while the room moves during a meal.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
