Roses de Noel Et Saxifrage 1944 — Fine Art

Roses de Noel Et Saxifrage 1944 shows flowers set on a plain ground. Roses and saxifrage sit in a loose arrangement, with red and pink petals against a quiet background. The shapes stay open and the edges do not close tightly.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper holds the red and pink tones without shine, so the petals read softly under a lamp. The frame gives the image a clean outer edge and keeps it flat on the wall.

It hangs above a long desk in a quiet room. From the doorway you see the open flower shapes first. Step closer and the pale paper grain shows between the brush passes. Late afternoon light falls across the lower part and warms the pink edges.
