Twelve Events in a Dual Universe

Alfred Jensen painted rows of small numbered squares in bright colours on this sheet. The numbers step up in order and the colours change one by one. Twelve Events in a Dual Universe - 1978 follows that pattern of counting and colour.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger on the back. It goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need to buy a frame. The print is on matte paper so the coloured squares stay soft and the numbers read clearly.

It suits a quiet bedroom wall where the morning light hits the rows. From the bed you see the steady change of colour across the sheet. Up close the small pencil lines around each square show the method.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
