About this work

Diagonal Planes

Diagonal Planes follows the angular studies Frantisek Kupka used to build abstract colour. The picture breaks into straight bands and slanted shapes that meet at sharp edges. The bands move across the field in a steady rhythm.

The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. Pick a finish that sets the edge of Diagonal Planes against the shapes inside it.

Hang the fine art print in a work room above a desk. From the chair you notice the cut lines first, then the small shifts in shade.
