Blanche

Maria Helena Vieira da Silva built her career around dense, layered spaces made of thin lines and small colour patches. Blanche - 1958 continues that approach, with a network of marks that suggest rooms more than objects. The picture stays with her long interest in architectural feeling, never giving a fixed view.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger already fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy.

On a corridor wall at the end of a day, the small patches catch the low lamp light and the lines stay quiet. From the doorway you notice the spread first, then the tiny shifts in the drawing as you pass.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
