Bord de Mer — Fine Art

Bord de Mer by Nicolas de Stael uses short horizontal strokes that meet in a thin line along the bottom edge. The paint is laid in quick layers. You can see where the brush pressed harder and where it lifted off the surface.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel. The finish keeps the small strokes from glaring under a lamp. A fine art print set this way arrives ready to hang when the ready to hang option is used.

In a narrow hallway near the front door the line reads first, then the broken marks behind it. The light from the street lamp outside lands on the frame and the room feels still.
