Coney Island Beauty

Coney Island Beauty - 1974 by Norman Bluhm belongs to the post war abstract painting tradition. The work keeps the lively gesture and open colour that mark his later years. You notice broad strokes and a few settled tones across the sheet. The picture feels lively without being loud.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back. It goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need to buy a frame separately. The matte surface keeps the painted marks readable under normal room light.

Hang it on the kitchen wall near the table and sink. From that spot the bigger shapes read across the space and the smaller touches stay clear when you stand by the counter.
