Esfera N° 5 — Fine Art

Esfera N° 5 - 1977 by Gego shows a round form built from many thin lines. The lines cross and curve around a center point, so the circle feels made of wire or thread rather than solid paint. The marks seem to pull the eye in and out of the ring.

A fine art print of this image keeps the line work clear on matte paper, and the frame in white or wood gives the circular form a clean edge on the wall. The frame finish sets the tone for how the lines read from across the room.

In a kitchen, the soft paper tone and the white frame sit calmly above the counter. From the doorway you see the round shape as one mark, and inside the circle the thin crossing lines become visible.
