Robinson s Wrap — Fine Art

Robinson s Wrap from 1974 by Helen Frankenthaler holds painted colour in open bands over a pale sheet. The shapes spread side to side with uneven edges where the paint soaked into the paper. You can see the thin lines of soaked colour at the far end of the room, then the wet edges closer in.
