Wanderland Express — Fine Art

Wanderland Express by Paul Jenkins shows a broad wash of colour moving across the sheet. Thin streams of pigment run through the field, one lighter than the next. The lines shift as they go, left to right. The mark carries its own weight.

The fine art print sits on a wall where the light comes from one side. A light frame on a dark wall lets the pale washes stay clear. The matte surface keeps the greys from shining under a lamp. You see the slow movement of the paint without glare.
