The Wheel II

The Wheel II by Jean-Paul Riopelle shows broad painted strokes laid across the sheet. The colours sit side by side without blending, following the painterly style of the artist. You see the marks of a painted surface built in layers.

The sheet arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger on the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed, and the fine art reproduction stays flat against the wall.

It fits on a kitchen wall near the sink, where the morning light falls across the painted strokes. The colours read clearly from that angle, and the painted surface stays steady on the nail.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
