About this work
The Road
A sunlit path stretches through the forest, inviting the viewer into the scene. The Road by Ivan Shishkin captures the essence of a journey through nature, with the play of light and shadow creating a sense of depth and movement.
The dense foliage of trees lines the path, their leaves a mix of deep greens and hints of ochre. The sunlight filters through the branches, casting dappled patterns on the ground. The intricate details of the forest floor, with its mix of earthy browns and greens, add a sense of realism and texture to the scene.
This poster brings the tranquility of the forest into any space, making it ideal for a study or reading nook.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 3 to 6 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
