Packaging at a glance

01 — Canvas prints

Canvas prints arrive ready to hang

Your canvas is stretched over a solid wooden inner frame (a gallery wrap, so the image continues around the edges) and the hook is already mounted. All you do is unbox it and hang it.

  • 30 × 45 cm / 12×18″
  • 40 × 60 cm / 16×24″
  1. Canvas print stretched over a wooden inner frame

    01

    Stretched on a wooden frame

The print is stretched tight around a wooden inner frame, so it stays flat and the image wraps around the edges.

  2. Back of a canvas print showing the wooden frame and the pre-mounted hanging hook

    02

    Hook already mounted

A hanging hook is fixed to the top bar on the back. No tools, no assembly.

  3. Canvas print lying flat with cardboard protectors on all four corners

    03

    Corner & edge protectors

Protectors cover the corners and edges, the spots most likely to take a knock in transit.

  4. Canvas print with corner protectors wrapped in bubble wrap

    04

    Bubble wrap or kraft paper

The canvas is wrapped to shield the surface from scuffs and pressure.

  5. Sealed cardboard box with a Zephyeer shipping label

    05

    Sealed in a sturdy box

Everything goes into a snug cardboard box so the canvas can't shift on the way.

02 — Framed posters

Framed posters arrive ready to hang

Your poster is mounted in its frame before it ships, so it arrives ready for the wall. Unbox it, remove the protection and hang it.

  • 30 × 40 cm / 12×16″
  • 40 × 50 cm / 16×20″
  • 50 × 70 cm / 20×28″
  • 70 × 100 cm / 28×40″
  • Wood or black frame

    03

    Wrapped for protection

The framed piece is wrapped to shield the frame and glazing from scuffs and pressure.

  4. Wrapped framed poster with cardboard I-beams along both long sides

    04

    Cardboard I-beams

I-beams along the sides add sturdiness, especially for orders with more than one frame.

  5. Sealed cardboard box with reinforced edges and a Zephyeer shipping label

    05

    Box with strong edges

Everything is sealed in a box with reinforced edges. Up to 3 frames per package.

On arrival

Unboxing your framed poster

  1. Open the box. Cut the tape with a short blade so you don't scratch the frame.
  2. Remove the protection. Lift out the I-beams, unwrap the frame and take off the corner protectors.
  3. Check the glazing. If there is a protective film on the front, peel it off gently.
  4. Hang it. Use the included hanging kit. It's ready for the wall.

Questions

Packaging FAQ

Will my canvas print arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Every canvas is stretched over a wooden inner frame and a hanging hook is already mounted on the back bar. Unbox it, remove the protection and hang it. No tools or assembly needed.

Does a framed poster come with the poster already inside the frame?

Yes. Every framed poster ships ready to hang: the poster is mounted in the frame behind protective glazing, and a hanging kit is included. Just unbox it, remove the protection and hang it.

How do I hang my framed poster?

Every framed poster comes with a hanging kit. Hang it on a nail or screw that suits your wall. For larger sizes such as 70 × 100 cm, use two fixings or a wall anchor rated for the weight.

Will my poster be shipped flat or rolled?

Rolled. Our posters (30 × 45 cm and 60 × 90 cm) are gently rolled, never folded, and shipped in a sturdy tube with end caps. The type of tube depends on the country it ships to.

Which tube will my poster ship in?

Posters shipped to Denmark, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria travel in a mailing tube. Posters shipped to the United States, Canada and Brazil travel in a triangular or rectangular tube. Everywhere else, they ship in a standard cardboard tube.

How do I flatten a rolled poster?

With clean, dry hands, unroll the poster on a clean flat surface and gently roll it the opposite way for a minute. Then lay it flat, cover it with a sheet of clean paper and place a few heavy books on the corners and edges for 24 to 48 hours. Never iron a poster or fold it.

How many frames ship in one package?

Up to three frames are packed in one package. Larger orders are split into several packages, which can arrive on different days and may have separate tracking links.

Why does my packaging look different from the pictures?

We print each order at the production partner closest to you, so it travels a shorter distance. Packaging materials can vary slightly between countries and print sizes, but every package follows the same protection standard described on this page.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Most of it is cardboard and paper, including the boxes, corner protectors, I-beams, tubes and kraft paper, and can go in your paper recycling. Bubble wrap and protective film are soft plastics; recycle them where your local scheme accepts them, or reuse them.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry. Please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the damaged item and the box, including any dents or tears. Then contact us with your order number and the photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
