Free shipping. No minimum. No fine print.

Every Zephyeer order ships free of charge, anywhere we deliver. There are no tiers, no qualifying carts, no surprise surcharges at checkout. The number you see beside your piece is the number you pay.

We're able to offer this because our production network is decentralized — your print is made close to your address, not flown across the world from a single warehouse. That keeps shipping costs predictable and our carbon footprint smaller.

Order tracking

Always know where your piece is.

The moment your order leaves the studio, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. From there, you can follow the parcel through every checkpoint — production handover, dispatch, in-transit scans, out for delivery.

Tracking activity typically appears 24–48 hours after dispatch as the carrier registers the shipment in their system. If you don't see movement within that window, it's almost always a delay in scanning rather than the package itself.

Customs & duties

Because 95% of orders are made in your country, most never cross a border.

If your order is produced and delivered within the same country (the case for the vast majority of customers), there are no customs fees. It's a domestic shipment.

For the small number of orders routed internationally — typically due to product availability — your country may assess import duties, taxes, or VAT on entry. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not collected by Zephyeer and are not included in the item price.

Shipping address

Double-check before you confirm.

Because every piece is made to order, production begins within hours of checkout. That means we generally cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered production — including changes to the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll do our best to help, but we can't take responsibility for re-shipping costs or losses caused by inaccurate details at checkout. Please review your address carefully before confirming.

Delays & issues

When something goes sideways, we're on it.

Our partners deliver millions of parcels a year with a 99.9% reliability rate — but no logistics network is perfect. Weather, customs queues, holiday backlogs, and the occasional misrouted scan all happen.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out. We'll investigate with our production partner and the carrier, and find a resolution — whether that's a reprint, a refund, or simply a clear answer about where your piece is.

Questions, answered.

Can I expedite my order?
Because every piece is custom-made, we don't currently offer rush production. Standard timing — 1–3 days to produce, plus regional shipping — is the fastest we can move while maintaining our quality standards.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Due to the size and protective packaging of our framed prints, we require a residential or business address with a person who can sign for delivery. PO boxes are not supported for framed items.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement — no return shipment required in most cases.
Will my order ship as one package?
Orders with multiple items may be split across packages if they're produced at different facilities or are different product types. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to over 200 countries. If you can complete checkout, we ship there. A small number of remote destinations may have extended timelines — these are shown at checkout before you confirm.
How is my piece packaged?
Each framed print is wrapped in protective film, secured between rigid corner blocks, and shipped in a custom double-walled carton sized to its dimensions. Glass-fronted frames receive additional reinforcement.
