A Swirl of Fog

A Swirl of Fog shows soft grey shapes turning through the picture space. The marks follow one another in a slow curve. The picture fits within the landscape studies of Eyvind Earle, where mood comes from shape and tone rather than detail.

The fine art frame holds a clean border around the image. Choose the white finish for a pale line, or the dark wood finish for a stronger hold. The frame edge keeps the grey swirls from fading into the wall.

Hang it on the stairwell wall where the steps turn. From the landing you see the curves of the fog against the railing. The paper matte surface keeps the greys soft under the hall light.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
