About this work
Alpha Upsilon by Morris Louis (1960)
A vertical flow of colors dominates this piece. Alpha Upsilon by Morris Louis is a study in fluidity and form, where hues dance and blend seamlessly into one another, creating a visual symphony that is both dynamic and harmonious.
The artwork is characterized by its long, vertical streaks of color that cascade down the canvas. The palette is a mix of warm and cool tones, with ochre, cobalt, and crimson taking center stage. The colors are not merely applied; they flow and interact, creating a sense of movement and rhythm that draws the eye downward.
This poster brings a sense of depth to a minimalist space, where its vivid colors can stand out against a neutral backdrop.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 3 to 6 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch.
