Anemone and Mirror 1920

Anemone and Mirror 1920 shows a flower shape set near a reflective surface. The forms are flat and cut out with clear edges. Henri Matisse worked with bold colour and simple shapes in his cut out and painting practice. The picture keeps the surface clean and the marks easy to read.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need a separate frame. The metal hanger lets the picture sit level on the wall.

It fits a hallway wall near the front door. The door opening gives you a clear view of the flower shape and the mirror shape. You see the flat colour first, then the cut out edges.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
