Anemones in a Jug — Fine Art

Anemones in a Jug shows a simple jug filled with anemone flowers. The drawing carries the mood of late nineteenth century French symbolist work, with forms that feel drawn from a private thought rather than a garden. Odilon Redon made pictures like this in pastel and charcoal, working from memory and dream.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The sheet comes ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed.

On a narrow landing, the flowers read from below as a small patch of colour against pale plaster. From the hall side, the jug is easy to read and the petals are just enough to notice.
