Arum Lilies 1919 — Fine Art

Arum Lilies 1919 by Vanessa Bell turns the page into a field of pale blooms. Cream petals open across the sheet with a few dark leaves near the bottom. The eye rests on the white flowers before drifting to the quiet ground around them.

This fine art print uses a matte surface so the pale petals stay flat and the shadows do not glare under a lamp. The frame gives the image a clean edge on the wall. Choose white, wood, dark wood or black to set how the picture meets the room.

Above a dining table, the bloom shapes still read from the serving side, and the quiet ground keeps the table setting calm. You notice the painted marks when you stand near the chair, and the frame edge gives the hanging its own line.
