Bands of Color in Four Directions — Fine Art

Bands of Color in Four Directions shows straight color bands crossing the sheet in four directions. The lines sit on a plain background. Sol LeWitt made these drawings on paper with simple line work. The bands are even and repeated across the surface. The image stays flat and orderly.

This fine art print comes with a frame in white, wood, dark wood or black. The frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall. Against the bands, a white frame keeps the lines open. A dark wood frame sets a firm border around the color.

It fits a narrow hallway between two doors. From the far end you see the four bands crossing the sheet. The frame edge stays sharp against the pale wall. You notice the straight lines and the steady repeat.
