Best Buddies 1990 — Fine Art

Bold outlines with flat colour fill the streets of Best Buddies 1990. A dog stands next to a person, both drawn with quick strong marks. The picture keeps a public mural feel on paper.

The fine art print sits on the wall at shoulder height, where daylight from a side window softens the edges. A dark frame picks up the black lines and makes the figures stand clear against a pale room.

In a hallway with a narrow bench below, the two figures look like they are passing by together. You notice the extra thick outline on the dog first, then the straight stride of the person.
