Black White Gray 1964

Black White Gray 1964 uses the thread based weaving practice Anni Albers built over many years. Black and white bands meet in a field of gray.

The marks follow the grain of the weave and hold a steady rhythm. The metal hanger on the back lets you place this fine art print straight on a nail without a frame.

The flat blocks stay readable where the wall gets uneven light. A wire shelf in the hallway carries it at shoulder height, and the gray tones settle beside a row of books.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
