Blauer kern — Fine Art

The sheet for Blauer kern from 1969 shows a tight block of blue paint across a plain ground. The paint is laid flat and even, with hard edges. Max Bill worked in concrete art, building simple shapes with clear colour and clean lines.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fitted to the back. The hanger goes straight onto a nail or screw, so the picture goes up on its own. No separate frame is needed.

It fits well on a long hallway wall where the blue block reads from the turn. You see the even paint from the landing and the hard edge by the door.
