Bleu Vertical — Fine Art

Bleu Vertical shows a field of vertical lines in shades of blue. The lines run parallel and shift in tone from one side to the other. Jesus Rafael Soto worked with repetition and colour bands in kinetic art. The image reads as a calm, steady pattern of blue strokes.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The frame finish can follow the room, so a dark frame on a pale wall or a light frame on a dark wall sits with the blue tones.

It works above a kitchen counter where the morning light falls on the wall. From the breakfast table you notice the slow change in blue across the picture. The vertical lines guide the eye from the bottom edge to the top.
