Bobs Column — Fine Art

Bobs Column by Robert Indiana uses stacked letter shapes to form a tall column on the page. The letters sit close together and the paint covers them in even bands. You can see where each block ends and the next one starts.

This fine art print comes with a frame in white, wood, dark wood or black. The frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall and keeps the letter blocks from spreading past the edge.

In a hallway with a narrow strip of daylight, the column reads as a row of upright forms. From the far end of the hall you catch the flat colour bands, and near the frame you notice the crisp line between each block.
