Brenva Glacier — Fine Art

Ice and stone fade together in the Brenva Glacier, where cold tones settle over a high Alpine slope. Broad passages of blue and grey run across the picture, with the white of snow catching a hard light.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel, so the glassless surface keeps the paint strokes flat and easy to see. The matte paper holds the pale blues without shine, which suits the thin snow tones and the darker rock edges in this ice scene.

It fits well on a study wall near a desk, where the cool tones stay clear under a desk lamp and the glacier subject stays settled behind a row of books.
