Canoe in the Rapids

Canoe in the Rapids by Winslow Homer shows a narrow boat pushed by rushing water. Cool blue tones sit against a dark water surface.

A few white ripples cross the front. The image stays focused on the movement of the water and the tilt of the canoe. A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel shows the water tones without a shine.

The frame keeps the edges neat and the back panel adds a solid finish. You can place it on a study wall above a desk. From the doorway the blue water fills the lower part of the picture and the white ripple catches the light.
