Chair near the Stove — Fine Art

A wooden chair stands near a stove in a simple room. The title of the work is Chair near the Stove. Thick paint sits on the canvas in short strokes, and the weight of the picture rests on the heavy chair and the warm tones around it. Empty space on the right keeps the scene open.

The fine art frame finishes in white, wood, dark wood or black, and each one gives the painting a clean edge against the wall. A dark wood frame puts a firm line around the warm room tones, while a white frame leaves the paint marks more open.

It fits well on a narrow kitchen wall beside the cooking area. You notice the thick brushwork first, then the simple shape of the chair when you stand a step away.
