Chris Foss by Chris Foss — Fine Art

Big shapes in strong reds and yellows cover the picture in Chris Foss. The title Chris Foss sits on the label, and the picture holds bold colour blocks with sharp edges. The work fits with the painted book covers and large colour studies the artist made over the years.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The frame is finished in white, so the edge stays clear against the bright reds and yellows. You get a plain border that keeps the colour blocks grouped without blending into the wall.

In a study above a desk, the reds pull the eye forward first. From the doorway the shapes read as clear colour bands, and near the desk you notice the hard line where each block meets the next.
