Chris Foss by Chris Foss — Fine Art

The image shows bright ships and strange worlds painted across the page. Red hulls sit beside blue skies and yellow ground. The artist Chris Foss builds each scene with flat colour shapes. You see a busy painted surface with bold shapes divided into separate bands.

The fine art print uses a light frame that follows the room you choose. A light frame on a dark wall lets the red and blue stand out. A dark frame on a pale wall keeps the dark hulls clear.

It fits a kitchen wall above the counter where morning light hits the red hulls first. From the table you notice the yellow ground and the separate bands. The blue sky stays soft near the window. You see the painted shapes clearly while making coffee.
