Cloud Burst, 2002

Cloud Burst, 2002- shows a wash of colour spread across the surface with soft edges and a few darker marks sitting near the middle. The title points to a sudden heavy sky, and the paint here feels open and wet, with fields of colour meeting without hard lines.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw.

It fits on a wall beside a low bookcase in a study, where the stripes of colour run across your view as you sit at the desk. From there you notice the small shifts between the lightest and the darkest part of the wash.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
