Composite Image Orange and Pink — Fine Art

Composite Image Orange and Pink by Victor Pasmore shows colour blocks set against a plain ground. The orange and pink areas meet in simple bands, with each band holding a flat painted tone. The layout follows the abstract painting practice Victor Pasmore used in his later work.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The print sits flat once it is up, so the orange and pink bands read without reflection from a lamp.

In a kitchen, the bright blocks catch the daylight from a side window during the morning. By the table you notice the hard edge where orange meets pink, and the plain ground stays quiet behind the plates.
