Composition 28

Composition 28 shows bright flat shapes set beside each other on a plain ground. The forms move in a steady rhythm across the sheet. Sonia Delaunay built these works with repeated colour areas and sharp edges.

The object is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The ready to hang option gives you the piece assembled.

A dining room wall holds the print near a warm bulb. From the table you see the bright shapes and the even spacing between them.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
