Composition — Fine Art

The page holds sharp colour blocks next to each other. Composition by Sonia Delaunay arranges the shapes so the eye moves from one side to the other. Each plane meets the next at a clean edge.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed. The matte surface keeps the colour blocks from reflecting light, so the edges stay clear under a lamp.

On a narrow landing wall, the big colour planes are easy to read from the top step. From the front door you notice the steady shift between the tones. Up close you see the fine grain of the paper and the small gaps between the shapes.
