Composition V 1911 — Fine Art

Bold lines and wedges of colour push across the sheet in Composition V 1911, with strokes that feel quick and sure. The marks do not sit still. They move in different directions and the colours sit on top of each other in layers.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte paper keeps the bright areas from shining under a lamp, so the painted marks stay flat and readable.

On a kitchen wall near the sink, you see the sharp black lines first from the doorway. Step closer to the breakfast table and the smaller colour wedges show their edges. The busy shapes work beside plain tiles and a row of cups.
