Dahlias

Dahlias by Pierre-Auguste Renoir puts flower heads against a plain ground. The petals move in warm reds and yellows over cooler leaves. A soft shift from one bloom to the next holds the eye across the page.

This fine art piece arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fixed to the back. It goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need to buy a separate frame to put it on the wall.

It fits a narrow hallway wall beside the front door. From the mat you see the flower shapes. Inside you notice the colour change from petal to petal.
