Dark Egg Lembark L22

Dark Egg Lembark L22 shows a dark round form set against a lighter field. The painted shape holds a soft edge where the brush loses pressure. Sam Francis built his work from open colour and quick gestures on paper. The mark in this picture reads as a single dark mass with a broken rim.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte surface keeps the dark tone even, so the edge of the egg shape does not shine under a lamp.

In a kitchen above the counter you notice the dark shape first, then the small variations in the paint at the rim. From the doorway the round form stands out against the lighter ground.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
