David Hockney by David Hockney — Fine Art

David Hockney by David Hockney uses flat colour shapes set side by side to build a bright blue water scene with a swimming pool edge line.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The picture follows a hard edge painting approach and a california painting practice. The white frame gives the image a clean edge on the wall.

The white frame keeps the bright blue water calm against a plain wall. It works on a kitchen landing wall where the flat blue water catches morning light and the clean frame edge stays clear from the door.
