Dune IV — Fine Art

Dune IV turns a sand dune into flat colour blocks and straight black lines. Piet Mondrian worked in de stijl, using simple shapes and plain colour to build a clear picture. The dune takes up most of the page, cut by dark lines that keep the forms separate.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The flat areas of sand and sky read cleanly on this surface.

On a bedroom wall, the dark lines lead the eye across the dune shape. From the doorway you notice the plain colour blocks first, then the pencil lines as you step closer.
