About this work

Escher (28)

Escher (28) shows a measured drawing where forms repeat across the sheet. Black ink follows the edges of each shape, and the background stays even. The lines stay close together, so the pattern reads as one field of marks.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black, and it gives the picture a clear edge on the wall. A white frame keeps the pale ground open, while a black frame pulls the drawing forward against the room.

On a hallway wall the pattern holds its rhythm from the bend in the corridor. In a study the small marks show up near the desk where the light is steady.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.
Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
