Fashion Illustration 4 turns a page into a set of curved colour bands that cross over one another. The artist worked in the orphism movement and used flat colour planes to study simultaneous colour rhythm.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood and black. Each finish gives the picture a clear edge on the wall, and the edge sits against the soft tones of the picture without pulling them apart. A white frame keeps the pale ground reading as one field.

In a dining room, the print sits on the wall near the table, and from the doorway the big curved bands read first. From the table you notice the small pencil marks between the arcs.
