Figure with Hat in a Landscape 1960

Figure with Hat in a Landscape 1960 shows a broad figure shape standing on a simple field of colour. The head wears a rounded hat and the shoulders carry a flat weight. Around the form the paint spreads into loose patches and small scratches.

A fine art paper keeps the soft ground tones calm under room light. The frame finish can follow the room, a light frame on a dark wall or a wood frame beside wooden furniture. The matte surface lets the loose paint patches read without shine.

It suits a hallway wall where the day light arrives from one side. From the corridor you see the hat shape first, then the spread of colour beside the standing figure. The empty right side keeps the wall from feeling crowded.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.
